Breath Workshop w/Liz
This Breath Workshop focuses on the 6 pranayama breaths. Time will be spent learning the importance of breathing in our practices and you will be introduced to the various pranayama types: main pranayama we use in Hatha, Dirga, Ujjayi, Bhramari, Kapalabhatti, and Nadi Shodana. Learn each of these breaths, work on counting inhales and exhales, followed by a 20 min gentle flow using the techniques learned, leading into a Yin pose, and ending with Thai touch.
